It feels like we have been celebrating Brooklyn's birthday for awhile now since a couple of weeks ago she got to go to the Disney on Ice show with her friends, but you only turn three once so we have had a good time celebrating with her. On the morning of her birthday she got a surprise phone call from her daddy. (He is only able to call us on birthdays or when the ship pulls into a port so we hadn't talked to him since Kaylee's birthday in December) She was so excited to tell her dad all about what has been going on in her life. I put the phone on speaker phone so he could listen to her open up her presents and she could tell him all about it. Then later in the morning we met some friends at Sea World for a little fun. Then for dinner we went to John's Incredible Pizza Co. which is where my girls choose to go anytime they are given the power to pick a place to go eat.
I forgot to pull my camera out most of the day. These are the only two pictures I took the entire day. Brooklyn insisted on going over to see this polar bear as soon as we walked
thru the gates of Sea World even though we were already late to meet our friends, but when you're the birthday girl you tend to get your way. :)
The next day we celebrated her birthday with her friends at playgroup. We brought cupcakes, juice, and bubbles. The kids seemed pretty happy and the park wasn't too crowded which was nice. Brooklyn was very excited to get to ride her new bike, so all in all I think she had a pretty good birthday!
