My kids favorite part (other than the talking pictures) is when they get to go outside and pan for gold. They spent quite a bit of time there and walked away with their little treasure. (they were each allowed to keep two pieces of gold)

Mormon Battalion - 5/22/2010
Since we only had Nick in town with us for a week and a half we wanted to make the most of our time with him. So after I was done with my 5k we headed up to the Mormon Battalion. Kaylee has been talking all about it since her and I went there on her field trip, and Courtney could not wait to see it for herself. It really is amazing what they've done with the place.
