For the summer break our playgroup decided to try different things around town instead of always going to the same park. On this day we decided to try out the Mission
Trails Nature Center. I had never been there so I was excited to go. It was a really nice place. Inside they had different activities set up for the kids to do. The little ones colored and cut out pictures of their hands to hang on the wall.
Kaylee and JR got really into doing a scavenger hunt they had set up for the kids to do. They had clues and they would have to go to all the different displays and read up on that subject to find the answers. The two of them love learning new information and facts, so this was the perfect activity for them to stay busy and happy the whole time we were there.
Courtney got bored of the scavenger hunt after about three questions so she went off to play with her friends. :)
